My number one must have is my personal laminator. Yes, most schools provide this, but when you are in the primary grades, the stiffer the laminating, the better! These laminating sheets last so so so much longer! I still have some of my first year teaching games laminated and in use. **tip: if you see they are bending or peeling - just run them back through quickly and you are brand new again! :)

refill sheets can be bought in different brands. I have found that buying the amazon brand is the way to go! You get more sheets for the price and it works just as good!
My next must have is a fridge. I used to keep all my lunch and drinks in the shared teachers lounge. Let me just say, since I bought my own fridge I have taken back my lunch break and get so much done during that time. I do not have to walk anywhere to get my lunch. I can eat and work and I have actually learned what it means to leave work on time and not have a dull cloud over me of what I did not get done. Just 30 extra minutes a day helped me so much!
I spent years carrying the fashion tote bag for that year. From canvas bags, to monogrammed bags, even a Bogg bag. When I found this bookbag it was a game changer in many ways.
